Earlier this month the French Institute in Cluj-Napoca played host to a debate titled "Video games as cultural products". The event brought together representatives of game development studios, authorities and civil society.
Held on the sidelines of the French Presidency of the EU Council, the debate tackled some of the opportunities and challenges of an industry that addresses some 3 billion users worldwide.
