Stuffed Peppers
To cook this meal for 6 people you need 10 or 12 peppers, 10 grams of salt, 1 kg of meat, 3 onions, a pinch of pepper, two egg yolks, 10 g of rice, a spoonful of flour and 100 g of fat.

To cook this meal for 6 people you need 10 or 12 peppers, 10 grams of salt, 1 kg of meat, 3 onions, a pinch of pepper, two egg yolks, 10 g of rice, a spoonful of flour and 100 g of fat.
For the sauce you’ll need 50 g of fat, an onion, 500 g of tomatoes and 100 g of sour cream.
Mince the meat and wash the peppers, removing the seeds. Chop the onions, sauté them, add the rice, sweet pepper dust and then meat soup. Let it simmer for a while and then add the meat, salt, pepper and eggs.
Stuff the peppers with this mix. Make a sauce out of fat, flour, onion, tomato sauce and pour it onto the stuffed peppers.
Let them boil and when its almost done add a little sour cream and let it boil more. Serve it with sour cream on top.
