Also on Wednesday, Romanian striker Raul Rusescu scored two goals for Turkish side Osmanlispor. The Ankara-based Osmanlispor clinched a 3-0 home win against third-leaguer Kirklarelispor in Turkeys Cup football tournament. Moroccan Adrien Regattin drew first blood for Osmanlispor in the games 13th minute, while Rusescu added a second fifteen minutes from time to seal the points 10 minutes later.

Romanian football side Steaua Bucharest has managed to hire AS Rome fullback Mihai Balasa in exchange for 500 thousand euros. Balasa, 22, is one of the most promising young footballers.
