The County Employment Agencies (AJOFM) and the General Inspectorate for Immigration (IGI) have signed an agreement on providing counseling to extra-community workers from Romania whose contracts have ended ahead of the set deadline, said Thursday the minister for labor and social protection Violeta Alexandru.
Minister Alexandru said the General Inspectorate for Immigration was the first institution to be notified when the contract of an extra-community worker from Romania ends before the initially established date. The minister has also pointed out that the labor intermediation agencies, which bring extra-community workers to Romania, are not interested in finding a new job for that worker whose contract was ended ahead of the initially established date.
