I very much enjoy
listening to international news broadcasts in English as I like to hear news
and view from different points of view or hearing stories from other countries
I might not be exposed to here in the US. (Paul B Walker, USA)
I really enjoy listening to your station
especially because you have programs with wide variety and beautiful songs. I
listen to your station very often, because I like your traditional music and
there are many common elements with Greek music. (Kyriakos Dritsas, Greece)
For the last 12 months I have had the
privilege of listening and sending you reports each month. I have learnt a lot
about your great country in that time (…) I have also enjoyed the unbiased
reporting of issues in the Government with corruption and the struggle of the
people to have a clean representative government that will move the country
forward in the 21st Century. (John P Cooper, US)
On Friday, the 25th of
September, while searching for radio stations around the globe I came across a
transmission in English from RRI. The programme included a description of the
Danube River and Gorge which I may say seems to be a beautiful location. (…) I
will time in to RRI again in the near future when time permits for other
interesting stories, news and topics! (Len Hatchman, Australia)
I am totally blind and have been
learning Romanian for about four months. My friend Tim, who is also blind,
records the weekly program Romanian Without Tears and I thoroughly enjoy it.
The lessons are valuable and well organised. The presenters speak clearly and
give concise understandable explanations of the topic in question. I appreciate
the fact that there is a new lesson every week. (Carrie Hooper, US)
