Romania was defeated by the Netherlands 3-0 in the round of 16 of EURO 2024.

The Romanian national team left the European Football Championship – EURO 2024, hosted by Germany, after being defeated by the Dutch team 3-0 (1-0) on Tuesday evening, at the Munich Football Arena, in the round of 16.
The goals were scored by Gapko (minute 20) and Malen (minutes 83 and 90+3).
Romania had qualified for the round of 16 from the first place in the group, in which they played against Belgium, Slovakia and Ukraine.
