The document was not promulgated by President Klaus Iohannis who notified the Constitutional Court. In another development, the executive adopted several laws meant to regulate the management framework for the economic programs included in the National Plan for Investments and Economic Recovery and in the Partnership Agreement with the EC regarding the resilience and recovery plan.
