Explosions in Brussels
Several blasts hit important venues close to European Institutions in the Belgian capital city.

At least 10 people are reported dead and another 30 were injured in explosions at Zaventem International Airport in Brussels on Tuesday, according to the Belgian public broadcaster RTBF.
Another blast was reported at Schuman metro station. Passengers were evacuated along tracks as the authorities were shutting down all metro traffic.
In the wake of the reports on Tuesday morning, the Romanian Embassy in Belgium has taken all legal steps to obtain additional information on the circumstances of the incidents and with respect to the citizenship of the people involved.
Romanian authorities are in permanent contact with the local police in Brussels and are ready to provide assistance.
Belgium has raised the security alert to maximum level 4 across the country.
