Chicken Breast with Lemon
To make 4 servings you need 225 grams of chicken breast, a white, average-size onion, four garlic cloves, 30 milliliters of olive oil, one lemon, sweet or hot paprika. You also need salt and pepper to taste.
First you need to put the chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and beat it with your meat hammer to flatten it. You then cut the meat into slices of about one centimeter long. Cut the onion into small cubes and crush the four garlic cloves.

Sprinkle the meat with a teaspoon of sweet or hot paprika.
The wonderful red powder made of dried peppers will give the whole dish a very special flavor. You have to be very careful, though, and not put too much of it or fry it for too long with the meat, because it will give the dish a bitter taste.
Pour about 30 milliliters of olive oil in the frying pan and add the chicken with the onion and the garlic, then fry until the meat becomes brown. While the chicken is cooking at medium heat, mix the lemon juice with salt and pepper to taste.
When the chicken is done, place it on a tray and then pour the lemon juice over it. You can also add lemon slices when serving the dish. The good news is you don’t have to wait too long for this dish to be served.
You can serve it hot, with a handful of parsley sprinkled on top, which will give the dish color and enhance its flavor. You can then serve it with tomato salad.
