Steadfast Dart 25 is a multi-national military exercise aimed at proving NATO's capability of activating the Allied Response Force and coordinating its rapid transition. Carried out in three countries, Bulgaria, Greece and Romania, the exercise involves the participation of more than 10,000 troops from Bulgaria, France, Greece, Italy, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and Turkiye.
